TEPCO's problem

Japan has many nuclear power plants. They depend on it about 23% of the electric power supply. That number is the world's third largest. They have used the nuclear for about forty years, but they haven't prepared for the accident that radioactive materials leak from the plant. They always said that the plant was safe, so they hadn't provided for the spill incident. They have prioritized the cost over the safety.

I think the management personnel should be punished severely.

Japanese Government is impotent about the emergency.

Japanese Government announced the degree of risk about the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant. It is Level7, which is same as the accident at Chernobyl. They are too slow, so Japanese people have a lot of anxiety about nuclear radiation.

In addition, they have found strontium at the outside of 30km from Fukushima Daiichi. It have a bad influence on bone. Japanese Government lacks solicitude for the citizen.

Reforms in Osaka, Kansai

In Japan, the nationwide local elections was done.

It is the most remarkable point that 'Osaka Ishin no kai' made a clean sweep of it in Osaka City, Sakai City, and Osaka Prefecture. They aim to take the structural reforms in Osaka. If their reforms will be achieved, Osaka Prefecture will be able to have a big budget and authorities. And then that will result in accelerating the trend toward decentralization in Japan. Osaka has led the decentralization in Japan for a long time.

Osaka Prefecture is affiliated with the Union of Kansai Governments. So if you want to see Japan's change, I recommend you to take notice of Kansai Area.

To keep off the tsunami

To keep off the tsunami, all city should be built on the place where is at an elevation of over about 40 meters. On the low area, there should be made farms and a port. We can't revive a human's life, but we are able to rebuild farms and a port. People had better work for a farm or a port on the low area from high ground. By doing so, the number of death would be lessened.

Fukushima nuclear crisis

The Tokyo Electric Power Company（東京電力） has been giving out the water, which is polluted with a low level of radiogen when they pour it to cool down the atomic furnace. That influence badly marine organism. But they have no choice but to do that, or the atomic furnace's temperature would get to high and maybe the recriticality occur.

As above, the situation is very serious.

I've sought for a job

I have gone about finding a job.
But I don't get used to mail in business.

Nuclear crisis in Japan

The stock price of The Tokyo Electric Power Company(東京電力) is declining.
It is not surprising.
Japanese government shall place them under state control.
And then, government will increase taxes to bear a loss.
It is irony that the nuclear plants which had been built for benefit of people became harm of them.
